Well, I'm giving four stars for basic professionalism and the ability to help me do what I want without a fuss. Infinitely better experience than the Beitou CHB, who inexpicably refused to help me carry out a basic money transfer abroad. I've banked with CHB for 16 years, and never encountered the madness that just happened in Beitou CHB. I'd recommend that CHB consider providing some basic customer service training to the Beitou Branch. This Zhishan branch is absolutely fine.

The reason is that I should go back to Changhua Bank to deal with it myself. In short, the security of Changhua Bank made me think about it, and the professionalism of the staff of this branch needs to be strengthened. As a digression, for the first time I saw a lady from a bank branch dressing up and chatting and not doing anything, wearing slippers from the front of the counter to the back of the counter.
