While almost every convenience store has ATM, the number of CV stores in Taiwan is about 11,500, that means the ATM’s installed in the CV stores is at least about equal to those installed in bank branches (based on the assumption that every CV store has one ATM, while every bank branch has at least 2 ATM’s). The service is really slow. I waited for almost an hour. When I was thirsty, there was no service staff to care about. The whole bank was slow and the service was cold.
