Important: Stay away for this bank!!nThis bank is the worse option ever if you would like to send money via WESTERN UNION.nIn other words if you consider to go for it; make sure you will not make any mistake. I have been double charged (paid twice) because I've inversed the receiver First and Last Name.nnBe careful!!

If you're going for wester union, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Useless staff that don't understand that in other countries we have 2 or more names and that in the system the names always get mixed up

The slowest service, it takes more than an hour to do a small thing,nI had no choice but to go to your Luzhou branch. The people at the counter there are much more active!nI think it might be the reason why you are in the building. There are already fewer people coming. They don’t care about the speed of service at all. It only takes less than 10 minutes at Luzhou branch, and you have to take more than an entire hour. It’s really a bit blind. ~ To be honest, the high-end building does not mean anything. . . . . . Time to review!
