The cashier is chatting on the phone. I stood for 10 minutes, the consultant when I came in pretended not to see me, although it was clear that I had not come to the terminal, I had and still have a problem with the card that needs to be urgently solved! The consultant went to the toilet or to go home, I still did not understand, and in the whole department there is only a cleaner and a child. Penalty for negligent work of employees, and it’s probably time for me to switch to monobank! Administration, do something, you will lose all clients.
