Boorish attitude, only one person works in the hall. How could this possibly be? I came with my grandmother to reissue the card at 12:10, they immediately began to say that lunch was coming soon, and they would not have time to serve it. Where should I go with an elderly person who has difficulty moving around? Where is the information about lunch on the site? It was not listed anywhere. Terrible service A particularly good slogan "put to the customer, yak to our mothers" - empty words and nothing more. People who entered at 12:27 to use the terminal were escorted out rather harshly with the words: “The department is already closed for lunch! we do not work!"

The department is constantly closed, today I came again at 14:45 and magic: the department is closed again. Despite the fact that the schedule spells out both lunch time and opening hours, this does not correspond to reality. After 15 minutes of waiting and knocking on the door, zero changes - great service👍

09/24/2020, a girl who works as a consultant receives a salary for what in general? I came to the department before closing, I understand that I want to go home already at 17:30, and the child is already waiting for her mother, but as a good (as I think) client, this does not bother me in any way. Sorry, but I have never seen such a terrible service and such negligence, I came to the department, stood for 10 minutes waiting for at least someone to come out, and there is only one cleaner in the entire department in the room. The cashier is chatting on the phone. I stood for 10 minutes, the consultant when I came in pretended not to see me, although it was clear that I had not come to the terminal, I had and still have a problem with the card that needs to be urgently solved! The consultant went to the toilet or to go home, I still did not understand, and in the whole department there is only a cleaner and a child. Penalty for negligent work of employees, and it’s probably time for me to switch to monobank! Administration, do something, you will lose all clients.
