My wife and I traveled with the Shevchenko bus on 08.09.19 from Hamburg to Kiev! I liked everything very much. (there is nothing to compare) The work of the drivers pleased. They helped to load luggage, answered questions of interest. Travel time flew quickly and comfortably. Recommend! We will use it again.

Very good service, courtesy drivers, Wi-Fi was during the entire flight, helped with the passage of the border, prices, relative to other carriers, smaller (from Kiev to Essen and back to 3100), there is only one charging, the drivers, but those who travel not the first time, take with you power bank, even such things as water, drivers give free, inform about all stops in advance, if you need to call the German number, then without problems, comfortable bus, I was 197 cm in height, it was convenient , there are plenty of places! Thanks to the drivers of Sergey and Ruslan, it is very comfortable and pleasant to ride with you!

There are more questions than answers. Why: 1) the promised WiFi did not work 2) charging for bodies only at the driver 2) toilet only at gas stations 3) drivers do not speak the language of the country with which they work (German), could not communicate with the German passenger 4) uncomfortable, tight passenger seats; 5) in case of need of transfer of a small package (10-15 cubic cm) it is necessary to lay out three times more than buses of other companies, 6) stated that all transfers are official (therefore not in the pocket of drivers) so this is the price, and did not provide confirmation receipts; One star for the fact that buses run 6 days a week, so if there is no urgent need, I will avoid this company
