Ok but better to buy your tickets online and save to your phone, cheaper and sometimes in summer no seats available and you will have to ride standing up to your destination if you buy late or at bus station

The train station is relatively good. There are waiting benches both inside and outside. There are stalls and cafes nearby. The station is also located next to a public transport stop, which is very convenient. But there is one huge BUT! These are cash desks, or rather cash desk workers. This is just one sheer rudeness! I visit Berdyansk often enough to understand that it is with them on an ongoing basis. Recently, apart from "pleasant communication", we have sold a ticket for a flight that has not been running for a year. It’s good that the situation was resolved, but the inconvenience caused. Now I try to go there as little as possible and always when there is an opportunity to buy tickets via the Internet.
