The cashier of the department Kovach Svitlana in violation of the resolution of the NBU 134 of 03.12.2018 refused to accept for the exchange of a broken bill of 100 UAH. The manager of the male division justified the refusal of the exchange by the fact that there should be at least 60% of the whole bill. Employee incompetence goes crazy.

I often see queues at the cash register and to employees, mainly from retirees. I practically don't use either one myself - there is enough terminal and p24.
