Uzhgorod Reformed (Calvinist) Church is located above Zhupanatskaya Square. The history of the Protestant community in Uzhgorod dates back to the middle of the 16th century. However, the bitter struggle between reformers and Catholics in the next century brought devastation and instability in the lives of believers. The restoration of the community and the temple took place in 1789, when the Emperor Joseph II himself allowed the construction of a new church in Uzhgorod. As a result, in 1796, the temple was opened in a pseudo-Gothic style.

Beautiful, interesting. This is one of the oldest purely Reformed churches in Ukraine. In fact, it is older only in p. Gat of the same area. It is worth visiting the Sunday service at least for the development of horizons.
