The garden square in front of Cathedral - wonderful idea of the fonder, Panov family. It is very interesting place, because it is private, but open to public without pay. The Monument is amazing.

Very nice garden, though small but very clean :) But the stale view of the cathedral is very impressive! I recommend you will not regret it !!! :)

Since Trianon, the first of the annexed territories to have a statue inaugurated in Transcarpathia in honor of Queen Maria Theresa of Hungary. The life-size statue of the Transcarpathian sculptor Bohdan Tomasevsky was erected in the park opposite the Greek Catholic Cathedral in Uzhhorod and its former episcopal palace. The memorial was blessed by Greek Catholic Bishop Milan Sasik in the company of representatives of the Reformed and Roman Catholic Churches in Transcarpathia.
