It seems that the hotel owners invested a lot in the hotel interior, furniture, inside swimming pool and the outside territory, but basic training for stuff and cleanliness control is needed, because the room wasn't properly cleaned. The garbage bin was full after previous guests. The worst was the bed - the bed sheets were dirty and we found there lots of hair from previous guests. And there were no reaction, when we went to the reception to ask them to change the bed sheets and empty the garbage bin.

New, clean hotel. Large green area. There is a swimming pool, sauna (100 UAH per person), gym. Normal Wi-Fi. Payment in cash or by PB card. Rooms are spacious, warm, and well decorated. The staff is very friendly. Special thanks to the administrator Maria, who, despite the fact that we arrived late at night, quickly settled in and helped with other issues. And most importantly a very low price for this level of hotel. Were with colleagues for 2 days, everyone is happy.

The hotel has extremely friendly staff and this is a plus. The hotel itself is a hint of Europe, but with Ukrainian vulgarity. The rooms are large, but completely impractical - no wardrobe, no stand for a suitcase, no trash (only in the toilet). In addition, it has no kettle or glasses / cups. Of course, there are no tea / coffee bags either. The rooms are cold, only a warm blanket saves. On the day of our eviction from the hotel in the morning the heating was turned off, so the hot water ran out (maybe it's just a coincidence, but I managed to take a shower at 8 am, and at 8.30 there was no hot water and the batteries were barely warm). The restaurant is a separate story. The portions are such that an adult man can only have a snack. For example, dinner - a portion of soup and buckwheat with meat, the size of 5 cents. Breakfast is served with tea, which is impossible to drink, which, in my opinion, is very strange. After all, in the Carpathians, tea is literally under your feet, but no, here you will brew a couple of bags of the cheapest tea on a liter decanter, they do not have herbal tea. Coffee is not served for breakfast, it must be bought. Of course, no one died of starvation, but such nonsense is very disappointing. The territory is large, well-groomed, there is something to do, but the owners need to change their attitude to the provision of services. The second time I will not stay in this hotel.
