I bought a bike in the summer to enjoy cycling, but as a result: a lot of money wasted, time wasted and many times frayed nerves. The problem with the planetary hub and more. 5 times I handed in for repairs under warranty. First they played me football, then "like" they repaired the planetary. But problems only added: the chain flies (although it has already been tightened twice), crackling and grinding in the carriage, pedals scrolling, speeds often do not switch from the first or second time. In general, a whole bunch. Under the guarantee, no one can fix anything, they "rub in" me that everything is ok, although not a single store employee even rode it normally! They promised to talk to the director about changing the bike ... and silence. The director fell ill ... The curtain!

I brought my bike to change the carriage. The master is very delicate, communicates politely. Given the fact that there were no necessary carriages, I agreed after the analysis to buy in another bike shop and bring to put it. However, an hour later the master called and said that it was impossible to unscrew one cup because it was boiling. I have already agreed to this and agreed for an additional fee to clean the chain and adjust the gearshift and brakes. Another hour and a half, when I took the bike, I realized in the process that if before there were difficulties with shifting gears, now they have become bigger. Previously, it was difficult to switch (front) third and first, and after the "adjustment of switching" the first switched as hard as before, and the third did not switch at all. The brakes were still working, and there was too much oil on the chain. The only thing that worked - shifting the rear gears. The master said that he did everything he could, and in general, the gearshift system and the brake system need to be changed and adjusted, it is almost impossible. Therefore, as he explained, the front gear will not work better. When I went to another workshop, in half an hour my carriage was changed and all gears were adjusted. They did it in half an hour and cheaper. Of the minuses - I described them. On the plus side - the master is polite, the choice in the store is great and the prices are reasonable. That is why I put not 1, but 2 stars.

Today, June 9, my wife and I gathered to go buy bicycles. While we reached the store in traffic jams and the worst thing in the Kolomyisky lane is nowhere to get into the car. We came to this basement and saw just a workshop. The sales assistant was fully engaged in assembling and setting up a modern bike. They asked: "Is there anyone else who would help choose two bicycles for the elderly?" "No, the second seller has not yet arrived at the store and when it arrives is not known." We looked at this warehouse - workshop and realized that nobody wants to sell Ukrainian goods. Unfortunately, our dreams of buying Ukrainian bikes vanished very quickly. And we drove almost 100 km and returned with nothing. Today is June 18th and we again came to this store to buy bicycles. First we phoned the store and found out about the presence of those bicycles that we need. The sales consultant assured us of the availability and ability to immediately make a purchase. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised by the work of two sales consultants. Kindly presented a number of bicycles and gave a characterization of our chosen bikes. Then one of them set up and checked the bikes, and the other issued documents for the purchase. Very kindly, they took the bicycles out into the street, loaded them into a car and presented a repair kit for cameras and a key for steering wheel adjustment. We were very pleased with both the purchase and service at the store. Conclusion: the store is excellent, sellers are qualified and kind to customers, it's just the first time we arrived on a bad day. I wish you success!
