I agree with other contributors. There is something to be done with this department, both in terms of exterior trim and staff. Usually rough with visitors, service is very low, no parking for the disabled, no ramp, no time for customers. The staff peers into the monitors and looks very busy.

Unfortunately, the branch of the bank is a machine of time, the USSR-era. I myself was designer and participated in the reconstruction of several Sberbank branches in the city of Vinnytsia, but the management forgot about this department ((( There are almost always ergs in the department.

Even the photos on the site say about the wretchedness of the bank a disgrace in the market for services

Forever to get a pension I stand a huge queue. Do something about it.
