We ordered a Chevrolet Spark but got a Ravon S2. The car itself was relatively new and comfortable. It got us from A to B and back which was great, but the engine had a weird issue where it would get an engine error light and wouldn’t go faster than 20km/h. The guy told us it might happen and how to fix it, so that was great but, it happened to us three times, once on the highway - not cool. But the overall service was fast and smooth. Would have preferred a car with no issues, but overall a decent experience. I find it kind of weird that you have to pay if the car is returned dirty in Ukraine... it’s not really possible to have a pristine car here for more than 6 hours so... should definitely just be included in the price.

I’ve had very good experience with the staff delivering the car to me at KBP airport. Perfect English, super friendly and telling all the things you need to know about driving laws and other things. I would like to personally thank Mr Andry or Andrew for his punctuality and friendliness. On the other side, ive had few issues when it comes to communications... example: we agree on a price then on arrival I get a higher price... this sadly happened twice with me... next time I’ll make sure it won’t happen again. Other than that, great cars 👍

I use the lease for the second time. An attentive, customer-loyal service. The prices are average in the market, but the NarsCars service wins. I can safely recommend it.
