The cleaning lady is engaged in merchandising. A loud female obscenity is heard from behind the service door near household chemicals. There is no cashier at the checkout. I did not receive an answer to which cashier to put the goods from the basket. The cashier also indicates where I should put the basket after making the payment (the functionality of the service personnel). OS is nonsense!
