The operator said "that the kitchen is loaded, the order will be ready in 20 hours" - if you do not have time, do something about it, and do not put up a bunch of advertisements, and then you do not cope with the orders. We asked the operator about a gift for a new client - the connection was lost, the call was dropped. Thank you, at least we called back later, but we could have told new customers and by default say We haven't received food yet, but we already have a bad impression
