I bought a new XFX RX 580 graphics card. I called by phone, the manager confirmed the availability and price indicated on the site. I didn’t want delivery by New Mail and the manager said that they might deliver by courier in Kiev for free or with a small surcharge (60 UAH) to Irpen, but after clarifying the delivery information, they called back and said: “The courier will not go, because in Kiev and so many orders. On Sunday, it won’t work either. You can pick it up yourself today (Saturday) from the point of delivery at 52 Vatutina Lane. Agreed to pick it up on the same day. Arrived at the pick-up point at 15:00, but the door to the office was closed. I called the manager and he tried for about 15 minutes to clarify why no one was in place (at that time a call came from the office). As a result, he apologized and offered free delivery to Irpin at the address on Monday. On Monday, I called back and clarified about the delivery. They offered to deliver to work and you can pay by card (send money to a PrivatBank card, without commission, which was even more convenient for me). Upon arrival of the courier it turned out: - that there is still a commission - 1% (89 UAH); - the packaging is torn; - the seal on the packaging is opened; - the serial number indicated on the package does not match the one on the card; There were no signs of operation on the video card, there are warranty documents from the store (1 year warranty), so I decided to pay (send to the Privat card) 8988 UAH. I checked the performance at home: no problems have been discovered at the moment. Later it turned out that it was used in mining before the sale, as a result of which it hangs in games. Never buy at this store!
