Great store, I've been buying all new Raspberry Pi for several years in a row only from them.

I decided to buy in the Raspberry PI 3 b + store in the store with a consultant they inserted power, a red diode caught fire - I concluded that everything works. At home I installed the OS on the microsd but there was no launch process (only the red diode is on). After various attempts, I did not succeed, I decided to call the store in order for them to try (maybe I am doing something wrong) or exchange it. I arrived at the store, the consultant tried nothing and he did the exchange without any problems, just as anxiety they gave free aluminum radiators. The second control works without problems and scans. Many thanks for the service.
