I definitely do not recommend this store, especially the service. Bought Boneco U201. He worked normally for several days, after which the steam practically disappeared, the humidity did not rise above 35 (room to 15 m), regardless of the duration of his work. They refused to take the humidifier, although it has not yet expired 14 days. They said to send to the service. About a week was in the service, returned without any explanation. He worked again, more or less giving out steam, somewhere up to a week, then the same thing repeated. Again, sent to the service, returned without comment, worked for 8 hours, in the evening there was already a couple. They shrug their hands at the store, they can’t help with anything, the service says to send them again. As a result, two months from the date of purchase, a week of normal operation, the time and money spent sending and receiving from the service. We bought it for a small child, until we figure out what’s the matter (if such a day comes) the child will already grow up without a humidifier :-) In the meantime, only the next service is ahead ...

I bought a humidifier for a gift, for a long time I could not decide on a model, the seller patiently explained the difference in models, advised on alternatives, and finally decided on a Boneco U650. Delivered promptly, at exactly the agreed time. All the necessary sales documents were issued. Many thanks and good financial results!
