Bought a prepaid phone. Promised delivery from November 1. Still not delivered, every week they say Monday will be.

What I want to say. I have never been disappointed in the store and in the service, as happened with istudio. On November 8th, a pre-order was made for 2 iPhone 12pro, which was promised until the end of November. Eventually. On November 30th, they started telling me that there were no pre-orders yet, and in general they did not have this model in stock and that they were waiting for delivery. They said the phones will be up to a maximum of December 10th. I think, okay, it really can be. New model, demand and everything. But the next day, voila, they have phones on their website that were not available. Again, I didn't want to cause a scandal and waited until December 10th. On day X I was told the same thing as last time. And again, there were phones on the site. My opinion. Pure water store is a divorce. For your money on pre-order, they buy new phones that they sell from the shop window and weld on them. Do you know where this opinion comes from? Because in the end they dialed me and said that no one would pre-order at all. Not weird? I'm strange. And of course they got the money back. But now if you count how many people made a pre-order and did not receive their phone in the end, you can see an awful scheme of investing in a company for their own benefit, but clearly not for you. Really. I had a better opinion. But now I don't want to get into this network and I don't advise you. Purely you will wait for the weather from the sea, waste your nerves and make a business for the store, letting them use your money.

Awful service, made a pre-order for iPhone 12pro phones, waited a month and a half, always fed them breakfast, promised 100 poods in a week, in the end they just used the investment. As it turned out: everyone who made out the pre-order got a call and said that they won't be able to either pay extra for the phones they have, or take the money.
