I recommend Active Center in Lviv. I would like to thank you very much for your highly qualified work, responsibility and sensitivity to each patient. I really liked the rehabilitation classes and professional massage, and I was especially impressed by the salt room. From personal experience I can say that in the center: + wonderful, polite specialists work, + there is a good attitude to everyone, the administrator always greets with a smile and is ready to listen to all wishes. + Comfortable conditions for treatment. + modern equipment + Available location. + adequate prices for services. I do not recommend! Do not think in advance to pay for services, it is necessary to run and thank for return of means, the administrator of anti-advertising of modern service.

The administrator of this center left a very negative impression. The next day after the paid consultation, the administrator called me and said in a rude tone that I had not paid. After I said that the payment was still there, she continued to deny the fact of payment, forcing me to transfer funds to the card. Communicated with me in tone at the level of the vegetable market. After that, I turned to the head of the Kyiv centers through the Facebook network, where I was promised to understand this situation. A few hours later, I still received an apology call from this administrator. But she added to the apology that I had to convince her in a previous conversation that I had paid and what bills. And it turns out that I sharpened the previous conversation. Perhaps the best result for her would be my agreement to re-pay. Because I honestly don't understand how I could and why I had to prove it at all. That is, I was easily called back to accuse that I did not sufficiently substantiate my payment. Checks are not issued after payment. There is no desire to visit this center anymore.

Very pleased with the massage + the friendliness of the staff and reception. Despite being more than half an hour late, the staff treated it with understanding and welcomed it. Everything is up to par.

Very polite staff, qualified doctors. Prices are adequate and correspond to the level of quality of service provision. Even delicious tea is served. ☺ Special thanks to Dr. Sapronov Alexander for the attentive attitude to patients, high professionalism and useful advice.
