Terrible service! They wanted to buy a stroller, purposefully came for it directly to the store, even inspected the product and were ready to pay, but unfortunately did not make it planned. And all because of poor service, contemptuous attitude of sellers to us as to buyers (and to the pregnant woman directly). Insolent and rude employees! Were forced to simply leave the store. Repelled all desire to buy a stroller in this store, and generally use the brand Chicco. If you want to spoil your mood for the whole day, visit the Chicco store in Victoria Gardens, Lviv

Terrible service! I do not recommend this store to anyone! I usually buy in their online store, but since I wanted to look at the options, I bought this time in Victoria Gardens. I bought a car seat for ~ 8000 ₴. Bought in advance (13.03) because at that time they were still waiting for a child. I installed a chair on 13.06 and it was a bit shaky, so I asked the consultant to go to the parking lot and suggest what could be the matter. He (Maxim Prystapchuk) refused. After that, I called the online store and complained about such behavior. After that, Maxim offered me to show how it is done on the stand. I refused because the help was needed in the car (theoretically I know how to put a chair). I called the online store again and then Maxim called back and said that I could come, he would help in the car. Since it was evening I said I would come the next day. I arrived on June 14 and here Yevhenia Vus said that she would only show on the stand ... it's a horror. I did not expect such a service and, unfortunately, it was too late to return the chair. This is a terrible situation and I will NEVER buy things in this store. I do not recommend it to anyone because the service is terrible and they do not keep their word!

Great store: a wide range, adequate prices and most importantly - attentive staff. We picked up a wheelchair taking into account all our needs. There is nowhere else to find a lighter stroller for such a price! Also give gifts for children)

Bought a car seat for my daughter a month ago. Received full advice from Eugenia Vus, helped with the choice. Showed how to install and answered all 100-500 of our questions))) We and our daughter are happy) Thank you!
