It used to be a VW dealership but now they share it also with Audi. Staff is generally friendly and helpful, though may improve a bit their "sense of urgency" - they can see a customer waiting but could still keep talking or handling their own things. There is a decent cafe and waiting area upstairs with free wife as well a mobile charger compatnle with Apple/Samsung

This guys are the only in Kiev among other official services who able to fix original gas equipment on my car.
