In short, the cashier is a boor, and the bank does not consider it necessary to publish information about lunch breaks (it is at 14:00, if that). Full exciting story below ... I came to the bank to change money and it turns out that at the checkout the lunch break is approaching (although there is no online information about this, I am attaching a screen) at 14:00. When my turn came at 13:55 the cashier immediately began to be rude and shout that she could not go to the toilet from 9 in the morning. What do I have to do with it, it’s not clear. Then her phone rang, and to talk with complaints about being held hostage there, she still found time. Hanging up, she continued to shout at me and the girl who was behind me and was just trying to find out what time it would be. To all the questions raised, the cashier only screamed that she had not been in the toilet since 9 in the morning. I am very sorry that the cashier is kept in such conditions, but these issues need to be clarified with the management, and not to express their dissatisfaction with the customers.

Such a boorish attitude towards clients on the part of cashiers, not long met. Shame!!!

Bank employees work very slowly. On the window of the cash register it is written "technologic break of the 20th century." But the woman has already managed to do everything (and even tea) in addition to serving the client of the bank. I stand for about an hour and can not repay the loan. When the window was opened, I said to the employee "it was not even an hour" to which I was kindly answered "well, it did not go well".
