I am very happy I could find a physiotherapeutical center with individualized lessons and some professional that can speak English and that can also adapt the exercise to the progress. This is thanks to my personal trainer Andrei. I used to visit the center in Lukianivska but I was disappointed because nobody could speak proper english and most of the mentors were interns which made the quality of the lessons lower. I have seen strong progress in just a couple of months. The training system is based fundamentally on ropes and pulls, minimizing the damage to articulations, something which I was unaware of and that most training centers do not explain. While the price is much more expensive than an ordinary gym (390 gr/lesson as of 11/10/2019), I am happy to pay this amount since the service is on a one-on-one basis.
