I came to this center on the recommendation of a friend and was delighted! After the first lesson, my back pain subsided and I was able to move normally. The atmosphere in the center is very friendly, the trainers not only help to recover, but also charge them with their energy at each lesson. A big plus is that the emphasis is on exercises that are individually selected, massage, additional therapy, and not on a course of pills, which usually does not solve the situation, but only temporarily dampens the pain.

I recommend a consultation with a vertebrologist Alla Viktorovna Podzorova, an experienced specialist, the consultation lasted for almost an hour, she explained a lot. The consultation was free on the day of health, honestly I did not expect such attention for free, in Kiev now this is rarely found. To be honest, all the staff are very polite and attentive. Visited a back massage, prices are very good for a course visit to a back massage. I tried to go to different rehabilitators for massage. Everyone is doing well, of course, but I liked Alina's massage the most. Stronger, more athletic, as I wanted and you can talk, I don't like sleeping on a massage). It is calm and comfortable in the center, you can sign up at a convenient time for me and there are no crowds of people, which is now quite important in our time)

I could not get rid of back pain, for many years there was a diagnosis of herniated disc, but the operation did not rush, back pain appears periodically. I realized that I needed to support myself and started going to classes, for a long time I visited another center, but unfortunately, few people adhere to quarantine measures in the number of people. For myself, I decided to find another kinesitherapy center and found the Active Center and I am very happy. I am grateful to the leadership for their attitude towards people, even in such a difficult time, all the precautions for quarantine were observed. In the hall, no more than 2 people per rehabilitator are calm, they constantly regulate the presence of people in the hall areas, in masks, the lamps are turned on and ventilated, there are hand disinfectants and constant wet cleaning. I like classes, there is no rush, everything is at the highest level, close to home. My back has ceased to bother me, I feel wonderful. I can safely recommend Active Center.
