First of all, words can’t describe how good this journey was..the team were complete professionals, good timekeeping, no delays. Nice and cozy rooms in Bukovel👌 would definitely travel again with them and recommend to my friends 5*

I and my friends spent a great time in Bar Tour with Deinde. We explored Podil one more time and found great bars with tasty cocktails. Thank you a lot Kate and Oliya(best guides ever) and warm atmosphere❤️

When buying a tour from them, be prepared for the fact that: 1. Timing will not be respected. 2. Activities may suddenly appear additional. It is normal practice to update the tour description retroactively. 3. Guides will thump along with the tour participants, leave half of the tour and freeze just when they should be included. 4. Hotels will be worse than announced (terrible rooms, terrible breakfasts). 5. You will simply not be answered calls and inquiries, but at the same time they will call the most active rebels and calm them down personally.

I bought a New Year BUKOVEL ski & pool tour and I want to go through the main disadvantages: 1) sales department - weak brief to clarify details - call back for a long time - they promise something that is not there (in this case, the fact that the hotel will only have our tour) 2) filling the tour for those who do not buy additional activity is reduced to accommodation + transfer 3) The New Year's party (additional activity for 1.6k) was more like a stereotypical feast, a giant long table, a rectangular elongated room is clearly too small for such a quality of people. I also want to note some negligence of the organizers, since there were characters who clearly went over and interfered with the rest of others, but this was simply ignored. 3) hotel -small double room quite poorly cleaned with awfully small and uncomfortable beds -the breakfast tastes disgusting (which on the first day was generally around 1:00 pm due to a mistake by the organizers / hotel) 4) Due to the lack of a normal spacious area for communication, the main feature of the deinde tours is lost, where everyone gets to know, communicate and have a good time

Traveled with Deinde on a tour of Chernobyl and the ghost town of Pripyat. Very pleased with the organization of the trip, it's top! The guide created an individual route for the group, told many fascinating and rare facts about each location. One day I didn't have enough, next time I'll go for 2 days :)
