Honestly, I never thought that you can be so irresponsible to work and to people who pay money for being delivered to the right place and at the right time, with this UNIVERSE company I and 21 other people, including two small children, passed not an easy test, on the route Kiev - Spain, and instead of 2 days to Barcelona, ​​we drove for 5 days, from what was stated: toilet, tea, coffee, there was no, of course, but this is not the main thing, but what we were sitting on the bus for 12, 10 hours and waited for our drivers to repair the bus and we could go further, that was terrible, and besides, the bus was not allowed at the border, they said it was technically not suitable for Europe, in general I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

23.07 at 9.00 in the morning they had to leave for Italy from Kiev (I was from outside of town, I was getting to Kiev by night). At no. 20 9, I was informed that the flight would be delayed by 4 hours, after a while they reported that they canceled it altogether and moved it to tomorrow 24.07, also to 9. Having spent the night in the hostel, I came back to the office by 9 am, nobody waited for me there, although the day before they had agreed on time, I sat on the steps with my luggage. There was a bus to go there. I was told to wait, I waited ... the director of the company promised to come in an hour and take me to the flight. It took an hour and a half. Later, the employee said that the flight will not be all. Then she spent the time to return the money for the ticket! The director of the company beautifully promised, but never arrived))) draw conclusions! There are many other carriers! All good.

They used their services more than once: they traveled and transmitted things. Drivers are true hawks, they behave obediently, uneducated and their leadership does not lag behind. On their site, it's not even possible to choose the Ukrainian language, and the official complaint is in Russian. I asked to answer the same language as me, to which the assistant director replied: "If you have problems with the Russian language, I can write to you more understandable." I think the problem is with them. Quality only worsens and prices rise.

Punctuality and company universe are incompatible things. They are regularly more than an hour late, there is no notification system for being late. Service, except for the air conditioner, there is nothing, no hot water or movies. The drivers are boorish. The toilet on the bus is closed, it is worth emphasizing this in the list of your services. We hope to optimize the work of your company, but we have no desire to use your service anymore. City of Ancona.
