Incompetent bank employees: they make promises, and then “I didn’t say that to you”, they don’t appreciate the time of the client, and every time they visit the department they feel that you owe them something, not they. The card was opened for three weeks, after it didn’t wait and called itself, it turned out that it was necessary to come to the department, because there wasn’t any paper signed for registration. I do not recommend this office, in general)

It is unfortunate that the bank management does not give a damn about our city. My heart bleeds when I see the mutilated facade of the house in which they are located. just darkness. The glass structure around the perimeter .... how could this be built ?! And the main question WHY ?? !! Vandalism of pure water! I am ashamed of you! Only because of this I do not go there, although I work very close by.

Disgusting service from this department..exceptionally negative experience. Bank employees allow themselves to communicate with me as with a "girlfriend" without choosing words and expressions. And they are absolutely not competent in various matters, therefore, each appeal to the bank is accompanied by a great loss of time, nerves and a desire to stop serving in this bank!
