This is hell! EVERY branch visit becomes a big top. Eternal interns who look with blank eyes! The queue kilometer. And "experienced" employees who stroll impressively from table to table, making inappropriate comments, but they do not help at all. Please do something about this in 2019, and the feeling that I'm at the post office in 1993!

Today I did not like: 1. Waiting for the opening in the narrow corridor, where there is no place to sit (no exceptions - there were 2 elderly people, with a wand - I was offended for such an attitude towards them ...) 2. Congratulations on the new acquisition - the registration system, but I would like to know about it before I already went up to the 2nd floor to the checkout, where a ticket is required from you - well, I move around without a stick, but at least hang an ad that the service now only through the registration system, so that people do not run like deer back and forth) 3. ATM to receive payments did not work. In general, it is strange that at the beginning of the working day the equipment does not work, probably because no one took care of the repair before it began - right, and why, let people sweat a little longer in the department ... In general, everything is as usual, but it could be better.
