I asked about withdrawing money from an inactive account after five in the evening. Sent to the cashier, which works until five, and not until six as the branch itself (which is a minus). But due to the urgency of the question, they helped me activate and withdraw funds without a cash register. The consultant Ilona is a very nice, young, qualified girl. The impression of the bank itself and its system of accounts and cards is neutral, but the service and maintenance at the first visit is super)

Was at Alfa Bank for Tymoshenko today. Came here very angry at the quality of service. But here I was met by an employee of the bank, Anna Galkovskaya, and she served so quickly and efficiently that my impression of the bank immediately changed for the better. Thank you to the bank for such helpful, friendly and, most importantly, competent employees.

I came to the bank, asked to issue a credit card or at least rewrite a debit card, both questions were refused referring to the fact that I am Fop and they need to submit some documents somewhere ... In general, in one word, my time wasted ...
