Good day. I don't often have to go to banks for help, but in this case I needed a certificate of my account. And so ... Who knows what an electronic queue is ?! After this organization, I do not know either. Better to get in line according to the laws of the "Scoop". As a result, I looked at the monitor for 40 minutes and there was silence, AFTER me they were queuing up and were successfully, well, probably well, served by a specialist about 10 people. Most horror department I've ever been to. If you were told about the terrible service, but you did not feel it when you did not feel it, you are welcome to this department. A lot of meaningless actions, imposing lazy attitude of employees, zero loyalty and competence, endless queues regardless of the time of day and the number of customers. You can well expect 40 minutes when there are 3 people in front of you. Highly not recommended. Probably the worst service overall, even outside the banking sector. More satisfied when leaving the public toilet at the station than from this department

Not a bank, but clowns. I came to close my account - they closed it, cut my card, they said that I was no longer a bank client. A few days later, an SMS comes about a mandatory (!!!) payment - 3 kopecks. I call the call center and find out that nothing is closed, there is a card and I stick out three kopecks for them. Okay, I replenished the card (which was cut, yeah), I call again - they closed one card, the other (the credit one, which they themselves opened for me) - could not because I do not know the code word (which is logical). They offered to go to the department to close it. This is a service!
