To avoid mistakes, I showed the manager the name and surname of the recipient on the phone, since the person is from China and it is easy to make a mistake. She pointed out several times where the name is and where the surname is. As a result, a person in China cannot receive money. Reason: The specified name is incorrect. Calling the Privat Bank hotline, she explained the situation. The young man says, probably, the name and surname are not in their places and suggested changing their places. I agreed. The next day, the person still cannot receive the money. Moreover, she is told at the bank that they do not see any changes. Total: wasted time, headache with translation, awkwardness from the fact that a person in China is forced to run to the bank and check if he can take the money. And all this is Privat Bank.
