Beastly attitude to customers. Queues, not the desire of staff to somehow improve the service. After 5 months I went again. Nothing changed. Forced to go to another office, where customers are not treated as an empty seat.

I wanted to use the Tax Free refund service, having previously specified to whom and at what time to apply, the answer was: “Come during business hours, in a live queue”. I come and they say to me: "We have no desire and time." Who entrusted them with the monopoly on the return of VAT in Kiev? Just a sharashkin office !!!

No organization of the workflow — no one to advise, no one to order the queue, conversations "about the personal" with clients, familiarity. It was not possible to receive the insurance payment (money transfer). The cashier could not formulate the reason :) The Pushkin branch served quickly, without unnecessary conversations.
