As for me, this is a plus, because I can calmly go in and inspect the Tesla from all sides, sit in it, open the hood and trunk, etc. And no one will tell you anything. A chic place with great staff, people are nice and outgoing, but not intrusive. There are also machines that I cannot call machines, this is something at the level of spaceships, they are so cool. A vivid example of how an excellent idea is spoiled by mediocre service, or rather by indifferent staff in the form of people “on duty” in the salon with a position on the business card “sales manager”. The opening of this car dealership or, as the initiators position themselves, "Tesla Cafe" was held in August 2020 by guys well-known in the circles of admirers and simply interested in electric cars. On YouTube, in the next video, they talked about the planned presentation in honor of the opening, obviously they tried with all their hearts. And now this place is open. By the way, when asked what date the opening was, I heard from the manager the answer: “a couple of weeks ago, but what?”. How do you like it?) It is extremely difficult and inconvenient to park near the salon, on a weekday it will be just hell. But if there is a need and desire, then you have to accept it. In addition to cars (there are only 2 of them) in the salon (or cafe) there are various accessories, wheels, custom bumpers, branded T-shirts, dried gingerbread cookies with cool pictures on the topic, key chains, etc. So, the customer focus is such that from the moment I entered the salon until the moment I left, no one asked anything or came up to me. I myself looked at the cars, saw how the rear doors of the Model X work (fortunately, I know), sat in the cabin, the back seat caught my eye, in which there were holes on one side and there were no plugs (they were in the other part of the seats). It is clear that the car is used, but still it is unpleasant to see holes in beautiful seats for such money. There were no nameplates on the car and the equipment had to be clarified (or they could have put the nameplates with a description). In the Model S, the eyes were cut by the moldings, which were all stained from the hands of visitors and spoiled the impression of a car that was already used ... and it's not difficult to at least periodically wipe the moldings, especially since there were zero visitors in the cabin .. ... I'm not even talking about such "cosmic things" (although for any sales manager they are commonplace), like finding out the needs of customers, etc. and so on ... With all due respect to the owners and a long-standing interest and even involvement in electric vehicles, I expected much more ... but alas ... Guys, the idea is of course just super, even already implemented, but don't ruin it at the start! P.S. Are the parishioners not welcome in the #Church of Saint Elon? ...
