I do not advise you to contact this office. Was the first purchase of a car, I did not understand anything about it. In the end, the manager said that he bought the car for one price, and then called back and said that the auction refused to sell for that price and another 600 bucks were thrown. As a result, after a while I went to the auction (I didn't know what to check for how long the car had left) and saw that it had gone for the original cost. As a result, I was cheated out of the blue for $ 600. Plus, in the beginning they promised that they would help with everything, repairs, etc., but in fact, after the arrival, the cars began to freeze and no one helped.

Great respect to the manager Sergey for the desire to help and the work done. And manager Ivan would have to take an example and treat customers with more respect.

The car has arrived, which is good :) Minuses: 1. With grief, we bought a car in half, paid. Photos come from the port and it turns out that in addition to a slight blow to the photo from the auction, the car was seriously additionally hit to the right during delivery to the port in America! Of course, the manager did not see the difference and if we had not sounded the alarm, no one would have noticed. We ask you to find out how it happened and we remind you repeatedly that we are waiting for an answer. As a result, the company says that the auction is to blame, but it does not bear responsibility and the company will give us a discount for its services, the amount of which is not said, they will decide when it arrives. 3. Upon arrival, we receive a discount of $ 200. The size of the discount does not cover the blow even in the most deshman service station on Taiwanese spare parts. 4. After we go to the service station to do a troubleshooting: after hitting the right, we need to change the headlight, fender, hood, two radiators, TV, upper amplifier. And that's just a miscalculation on the right hand. Bumper repair, replacement of pillows, oils / filters, and also a bumpy and rusty bottom, we expected. As a result, the outgoing repair miscalculation of $ 1500-2000 cost us much more. The repair was not done by the official, I can only imagine how much he would have asked. Buying a car through the USA lottery and we lost. The car came out much more expensive than expected.
