not recommending. had really bad customer experience with these guys

offered my car in net (with fotos and all details) with 11800 usd-they called and told at phone:"we know your car from TO,bring it to take a look at,but for THIS price we are interested!"....we told several times :"we will not go far away from this price, lets not waste time!"They assured again - "price interesting for us!"....drove to them and spent time and and they offered 254000 uah...hahaha..So,they calculate all the time (compared with feedback of others) with market value (like customs service/insurances are using) minus 20-30%.....9000 usd ..hahahah,so typically AIS😂!But,respect,same experience with their TO😉....seems to be code of conduct in AIS - try to fake as much as possible! Anyway - their staff was friendly. But to waste my time despite warning deserves a straight one star! Remark to answer of AIS: Your staff told:'We know your car" - so, you didnt knew that its 2WD and not 4WD?...hahaha, your CRM is a hit! yes, like your TO-"specialists", which are demonting a heat-isolation from buck,because "car doesnt need" etc. About "repainted" - interesting - so, during guarantee period you "repaint" a car and do not document this in the service book? Very interesting! Seems that I have to give the case to my advocate. Beside this - you are the first ones which recognized there a repainting....strange that the instrument of your "manager" even didnt showed this;-)! Sorry, guys, but you have a business-philosophy like a central-asian lombard dealer...again, a pity that Ssangyong gave you the license for Ukraine.... P.S.sold today for 11400 - this about your "market values";-)! Sell others for stupid!

Today we sold our car to the AiS on Bandera 28v. In short - an excellent company, excellent employees, in particular, the manager who worked with us - Maxim. Everything is clear, clear and fast enough. In a little more detail: The procedure is very simple. First, the manager evaluates the car, in our case - the wonderful Maxim. He names the amount for which the car is ready to redeem. We were more than satisfied with the price. Then everything is even easier: filling in a couple of forms, expert assessment (it is very convenient that the MREO is right next to the A&S site), a little waiting, a couple of signatures and we gave the keys. It took 3 hours from the moment we left and the money went into our account. In general, we did not regret for a second that we turned to AIS. And you won't regret it 😀

Thanks for the great service. I turned on the recommendation of a friend, the guys met the expectations, picked up an excellent Audi, took into account all my wishes about the condition and cost of the car, I have been happy with the purchase for 2 months. Recommend!
