KYIAVIA’s refund procedure for cancellation of a trip confirmed by the airline has already been in SECOND MONTH: first they forgot to dial and inform that they can approach the issue, then it turned out that the terminal through which they paid for the tickets with a card belongs to another bank and only the transfer is possible ...... Now you need to wait for the bank to install the terminal through which payment was made. This is a nightmare. The service was not used, what is the problem, transfer the refund at the expense of the agency and decide with the bank !!! HIGHLY ESTABLISHED! !
