The customer service is low, the staff are very incompetent. I tried to clarify the information by phone indicated on the bank card - the number does not work. At the checkout they do not see the minimum payment, having stood in line, I had to go to the manager. The manager gave incorrect information about the amount of payment. Moreover, the bank charged a fine, although in fact it had no right and 6 operators confirmed this to me (I wrote in chat rooms, on Facebook) to collect information. Again .even in the support of the version everyone is different .... at such moments I really regret that I chose this bank to open an emergency. Oh yes, spending time and arriving at the bank to make a payment through the cash desk, you will still have to pay 50 UAH of the extra fee to pay !!!!!! After today's situation, I’m thinking about changing the bank, this is impossible.

Bad bank with disgusting service. It was necessary to transfer a small amount abroad, led to an allegedly favorable interest for the transfer. As a result, the whole day was spent and the commission was withdrawn twice. I do not recommend this bank to anyone.
