Customers are waiting for hours to pay for utilities: pensioners and women with small children. Very bad attitude towards clients. Staff instead of worrying about clients sitting in their phones fluttering the pages of the program ... horrible 21st century and there are lines like the Communists for bread ... 😱😱😱😱
