Not a station, but an armageddon! The platforms are dirty, homeless, not comfortable. Tickets are sold with the indication of seats, but in fact you need to go standing in a packed bus, which more closely resembles a tank (although on such roads other transport will not work !!!) There is a hotel, a luggage room (luggage can be left for 5 UAH / bag), kiosks with products. Separately, I will say about the toilet ... We arrived in the morning there was a big fog, and the toilet is on the outskirts (the cost is 3 UAH.), Clean, but while you find it, it may not be needed)))) The bus station is light, there are places for seats, nice and understanding staff, BUT not all the announced buses and minibuses go on schedule, many cancel. Do not buy food at the station, next to a large supermarket and many small shops with fresh produce.
