A year ago, my husband was left with a legacy of a small dacha near Kiev, since we live far from Kiev, we immediately decided that we would sell it. Now a year has passed and I took my money, gave it back without any problems, all interest was accrued on time. So I have only positive emotions after working with the bank.

I have been a client of the bank for several months and the first thing that stuck in my memory is that the staff is very polite. Everything is focused on the client and on his convenience and comfort. There are no queues, interest rates are normal, however, there are all conditions in order to quickly use all the necessary banking services.

Recently I applied for a credit card at Concord Bank, left an application for a card on the bank's website, where I indicated all my personal data. When the card was ready, the manager called me and I came to the department to pick it up. There is a good atmosphere in the department, it is warm here and they are courteous to you. Now I am an active user of this bank.

The bank seems to be decent, but there is no one to answer the questions. Service 1 *. To find out the information, you need to ask the same question 10 times. The registration of clients is very long. For some unclear reason, only one woman works and she is not in a hurry. At least she politely offered to wait. Half of the staff are busy with their phones, while the other part is talking and completely ignoring customers. I am disappointed and would not recommend this bank once again.
