Dear administration and management of this place, you really have a very cozy restaurant, and my husband and I would have spent a wonderful holiday there - an anniversary, if not for one BUT (!!!) On Saturday 19.12.2020 I dialed the number of your establishment. A nice friendly man picked up the phone and I politely explained that we had an anniversary and we would like to rent a table COZY IN THE CORNER on the sofas directly in the karaoke! I repeated it 2 times (!!!) and asked the man if he understood me correctly. The man said that he would warn the waiters at the karaoke about our desire. The most interesting thing started when we arrived at the place. We were immediately greeted by a very pleasant cloakroom attendant and we handed over the jackets to him in a good mood. And then a girl came up and asked if we had booked a table, I clearly and distinctly answered the name, she looked at the list and offered to sit down on any free double seat in the middle of the hall😳 and what killed most of all, without explaining anything else, she left, my husband and I fell into a lung stupor and asked the guy who took the jackets what she meant. He called her back, she returned with a displeased look, I explained to the girl that we specifically indicated when booking a large table in the CORNER !! Not in the middle of the hall, where every visitor, forgive me, would push us with their fifth place. To which the girl said that nothing of the kind was passed on to her. Then we just packed up and left with a disgusting mood on our own anniversary! Please pay attention to your staff. You have a nice, cozy place where you really want to come a second time, but unfortunately we will not come to you again.
