I issued a hryvnia deposit a week ago with interest paid on the card. On May 29, interest came from UAH 33 to 8 am, but on the same day UAH 10 was written off at 20.00. I guessed what kind of sms it was. But I did not conclude an agreement on SMS-informing, the consultant did not even hint at it. In the contract itself there is not a line about these SMSs. I tried to get through on May 29 in the evening and on Sat the next day, but in response there was only the voice of an answering machine that I called after hours. Chat also did not respond. Today, when I got through to the operator already 1.06, which means that at the end of the month I will be charged again, which I was kindly reminded of in the contact center. That is, out of the blue minus 20 UAH. On UAH 20, I could either drive a day, buy myself a chocolate bar, a glass of sour cream, half a kilo of chicken or 2 bread. I would like to convey to the bank employees what is terrible and disgusting when they climb into your wallet for honestly earned money.

Convenient location. Interesting building architecture. At the entrance to the bank there is an ATM. There is also a board with the exchange rate. The room of the bank is spacious, friendly staff. One cash desk works, but not many people. Do not work with currencies other than the dollar and the euro.

Terrible quality of service. The lines are hopeless. I am a customer of a monobank. I wanted to put money on a deposit. As a result, I was left without a deposit!
