The most awful archive. I called on the hot line to get boorish answers and after not listening to the second question they dropped the receiver, complaining to my colleague in parallel with my call. I called another number received a new ration of rudeness. They forgot at whose expense they exist.

applied to the archive in writing from another city. I waited two months for an answer. Without waiting, I called the secretary. The secretary said the response was sent. They invited a woman to the phone who was dealing with my issue. It was not possible to talk. I heard hysterical screams and complete indifference through the phone. I'm sure no one sent an answer. I never learned anything. There was only a heaviness on the heart and disappointment.

Very good staff, but due to dilapidated journals, the request will not be processed quickly .. but a very kind girl will prepare me materials for tomorrow for a more detailed search of my witnesses about the birth of 1908 and 19013, although according to them and my father the church burned down and all the data were destroyed .. it is sad but tomorrow I can personally make sure of this
