Terrible attitude, unable to understand the situation that arose between the company and the bank just to get a salary card, rude, shouting about a letter to the village to my grandmother, which they can not send, which is absolutely not my problem when asked to call the settlement department of the city of my work, during the conversation I received information, a representative of the bank expresses his opinion, after which I gave comments, and rushed until the administrator came out, in a nutshell found out what is required of me in order to obtain a card, unfortunately, such employees make a first impression and kill any desire to cooperate.

Terrible attitude towards customers, I was shocked. From the threshold I was rude ("specialists" of the bank), and also laughed. It was more than an hour in the queue, because they themselves choose whom they will serve, i.e. you can stand waiting all day. While I stood and waited, I watched that other people were also in a terrible attitude (the woman asked for help changing the code on the map, they said, “go change it yourself”). I have not seen such an attitude towards my clients in any bank. I think some measures should be taken.
