Today I was in this terrible bank. To say that the service is bottom is to say nothing. An incompetent consultant girl, a terrible boor, and provides the wrong information, as it turned out later. When asked to call the bosses or the manager, she replied that this was not her responsibility. I can say for sure that I will never go to any branch of this bank again. The staff seemed to be recruited from the street.

At the checkout they slipped a hundred dollars so shabby that they barely took it at the receiving point, while reducing its cost by 5%. And the service in the office in Kamensky is also a little stingy. It can not be said that it is not polite, but almost nothing compared to other banks.

The bank branch is conveniently located on the central street of Shevchenko. Somehow, if necessary, I visited a bank branch - I changed currency. The staff politely, benevolently carried out all the necessary operations. I liked the bank service. In the future, if necessary, I will visit the bank branch.
