I appreciate only customer service, because I only did diagnostics of all electrical systems here. As servicemen in terms of technical professionalism - I can not say, but coped with my task :) Manager Dmitry (if I'm not mistaken) - knows his business, did everything clearly, without unnecessary questions. Convenient place to wait. I was satisfied with the service👌🏽

Have you encountered a more horrible attitude towards customers than at Volvo VIDI Boryspil? I have never met in my life! Suffered, suffered ... Conclusion: DO NOT WASTE EFFORT AND TIME, AVOID THE SIDE! It may not even come down to technical issues. Because incompetence, arrogance, for example, Dmitry's receiver, inability to build a dialogue with the client: recorded for one time of service, without warning, when you're there, already arrived at the agreed time (received in an SMS), does not even want to communicate with you humanely, for they, at their own discretion, carried forward your record to another day. Didn't even warn. You waste time, you are neglected, you spread your arms like Dmytro, in the end, they accuse you of having "such a system" in VIDI ... For those who will respond to my post: photo confirmation of the recording (received twice in viber), I teach here for you. What you neglected. Do not lie, do not apologize. Maybe it's better to close your clumsy service ...

Thank you so much for your help in choosing a car! We entered the salon just before closing and could very well never return to it, since they were not fans of this car brand before, but 15 minutes of communication with the manager Igor Vlasenko, who non-intrusively and very professionally told us about all the possibilities of the car, offered a test drive the car for 2 days (!!!) (and not a circle on the highway, as is practiced in most salons) and Volvo won us over! It is very pleasant to deal with people who know and love their job! If you are looking for an iron horse, then I highly recommend to look into the Volvo - Airport car dealership!
