Friendly and efficient staff. Cozy environment. On the plus side, you don't have to stand in a queue. There are many soft chairs in the room, on which it is convenient to wait for your turn. There are also disadvantages. The room is not large in size, there is only one ticket office, and at the end of the month, when pensioners massively come to pay utility bills, the turn comes to the front door. It is unrealistic to wait, and you have to go to another bank.
