Took cartridges to canon pixma mg5150 for refilling. Instead of gently pouring paint through a special hole through a special hole, drilling others and sealing with hot silicone, that is, at every gas station it was necessary to do the same. The paint is unknown by which manufacturer, the photo printing did not meet the requirements. The other service has fixed everything, but the cartridges are still not in their original condition.

SAECO INCANTO DeLux S-class coffee machine. I bought it used in Western Ukraine with a counter of 15200 cups in 2014. Now there are 17600 cups on the counter, I use it at home. During use, I once handed the car back to the seller through a new mail for repair - some tube was sealed off. I contacted them for the first time exactly a year ago, in October 2017. I thought that it would make sense to send the car again by New Mail and back would be expensive, and I saw the OKMA Service office in the city. I don't remember the breakage anymore, it seems that the water flowed badly through the pipes - they did it, paid 350 UAH. I received a sticker on the car body that they had it in service. After repairing for a year, the car began to tap lightly with electric current, the display stopped glowing, and finally, when it stopped turning on at all, I returned it to OKMA service for repair in early September. I waited a week, and until I started jerking them, it seems that no one was busy with the car. Took 18.09, two weeks from the date of delivery for repair. We made a power supply unit and cleaned it. Paid UAH 670. The machine turns on, runs, while the side wall gets very hot. Also, all the settings in the car were knocked down, and it stopped going into sleep mode, constantly consuming energy to heat the boiler. Three days later, I gave it back to eliminate the overheating of the side wall. At the same time, the master began to convince me that there is a boiler there and that it should be so, although it had not overheated before! And they do not regulate the settings, tk. it is the customer's concern. After three or four days, the master reported (I had already taken the number from him personally) that the overheating had been eliminated and that it could be taken away. When I was picking up the car, I noticed that the display was still off. When asked why ?, the master replied at first that "it glows, just faintly." I asked to turn off the lights in the room to prove that they were not. Then the master said that "in these machines it should be and in general, you did not ask to do something with the display!" I had to send him a photo of the same coffee machine of my friends with a luminous display on a viber to convince him that the display should glow! They did it for another week, and then after my reminder. As a result, they took another 250 UAH for work, took the car at 08.10! In total, the car was under repair for a month! Now attention, control shot! When I was picking up the car, the girl at the reception expressed her opinion that it was time to throw this car away! And this is after they charged UAH 670 + 250 for repairs! As far as I understand the principle of operation of any service, it does not matter whether it repairs kettles, irons or cars - first, diagnostics are done, all problems are identified, then the client is told how much it will cost to fix these problems all at once or separately, and after the client's consent, repairs are carried out on time! This "office" does not work like that. They only do what you say (as if you yourself are special in coffee machines, you just do not have the time and the necessary tools to do it yourself), do "out of the box" (until you remind me, your car will stand and collect dust) and come up with all sorts of excuses that this is not their cant, but in this car it should be! Fortunately, they are not alone in Cherkassy, ​​and I have already found an adequate master of coffee machines, and I wish this “office” “success and prosperity”!

Satisfied with the service. We rent a coffee machine and buy coffee.
