Since the laptop was not available, they ordered it. And the next day, already upon receipt, having figured out both the characteristics and the software imposed in this way as a "gift", I went to return the software. It was decided to leave the laptop, because it was not taken for myself. And he suited the one whom he took, with his real characteristics. But of course not for the cost of UAH 1251. higher than its real value at the time in the store. I turned to the store so that the laptop, which had already been delivered, was given out. And the money for the software was returned by check. Since most of the goods were paid for in cash, and five thousand with the card of the person whose laptop was swimming (by the way, this person is from a nonresident and went home to his city on the day of payment), I was going to make a refund either using the number and card data, or in whole or in part in cash. To which I was told that without a card, they would not make a return. They began to slip some applications to write there, which will be considered within two weeks (just exactly 14 days later, according to the law of consumer protection, the term for the goods to the seller expires). And when I said that if with statements, then I will return not only the software, but everything in the check with the laptop together, the store's policy regarding the issue of returns has changed dramatically. They are looking for the opportunity to return money to me without a card, without long-term statements and completely in cash for the software imposed on the blind. So read on, draw conclusions. And carefully, slowly, compare what you buy in this store with what is being sold to you by check!

Consultants fool around with insurance. We were told that if we do not use the insurance, we will be able to return it to the bonus card. In fact, all this is a LIE, no one returns anything. And 380 UAH for the insurance which was not necessary simply remained for shop.

No one buys an additional warranty on the product in Comfy stores, because it is a complete divorce. When you bring the goods under warranty, the store simply gives you a phone number where you should call and agree on the warranty. And there you are required passport data and identification code. So do not spend extra money.
